I am an Associate Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics & Finance at Florida Gulf Coast University. I am also a Research Fellow at the IZA - Institute of Labor Economics.

My research foucses on labor economics and the economics of education, with particular emphasis on minimum wages, unemployment insurance, paid leave, and teachers' labor markets.
